PRSC has put a bench on Turbo Island with chess boards on the surface of the table. People have been sitting on the walls of Turbo Island for decades, often drinking heavily. Now we have a proper bench on the Island, for the recreational use of all the Community. Abdul and Zoira, of Abdul’s Newsagents, are in charge of the chess pieces. The pieces may be hired for just 50p, with £1 returnable deposit.
